b) Contract compliance rate: 100% (This means all contracts our company signed should be the implementation.)
c) Project acceptance rate: 98% ( This means the pass rate of acceptance for all contracted projects must be up to 98%. During the process of project implementation and acceptance, because due to reason of the client side itself could not be approved. Our company controls this case under 2%.)
d)Training program implementation rate: 95%. (That means the implementation rate for company sent to outside training programs must be up to reach 95%. Some times due to reasons of the external training institutions and training of staff themselves the implementation of training programs can not be done, our company would control this cases under 10%) |
