| This system is composed of document data collection, flow control bases on J2EE standard system and data center. By the capture of image document, index, image orientation, microscope, cutting out, transmission, entry into warehouse, job distribution, intellective backup and long-distance control, this system realizes relating the whole operation tache and saving the time dealing with certificate of insurance.

operation’s images, the technology's controlling
reference points are image disposal、flow control、storage、transmission
and safety control. This system not only accommodates
to the operation requirement of insurance
but also accommodates to the operation requirement
of bank and foreign trade industry. |

with the information course’s headway, computer's
application in insurance, bank and foreign
trade industry is more abroad, its application
area has changed to half-structure data and
non-structure data from structure data. |

| Content management is getting more and more attention. By image document management, large numbers of repetitive paper images, paper documents and paper bills become digital images. |
