General Manager, Ding Yajun
Mr. Ding Yajun joined Wiserun
in August 2000 as one of its founders. He
has been General Manager since and has been
in charge of Wiserun’s operations and overall
management.
From May 1999 to July 2000, Mr.
Ding had been General Manager of Shanghai
CHANG TIAN Computer System Co., Ltd, a subsidiary
of CHANG TIAN Technology Group, turning it
into a prominent supplier of information integration
system technology in Eastern China. Prior
to that position, Mr. Ding had been Lenovo
Group’s General Manager for Marketing in Eastern
China region, focusing on the financial sector.
As an executive with marketing,
service and managerial responsibilities
for over a decade, Mr. Ding has a wealth
of experience in IT industry. His insights
into the way IT industry operates, his consummate
managerial skills, and his forward-looking
decision-making capabilities have been the
driver behind Wiserun’s steady growth. Mr.
Ding has won kudos from his allies and competitors
alike in the IT industry and enjoys high-level
support from the local government.

Deputy General Manager, Le Yi
As a Deputy General Manager of
Wiserun, Mr. Le Yi is responsible for market
development, management and Wiserun’s market
development team.
Mr. Le Yi joined Wiserun in August
2000 and has been Wiserun’s Deputy General
Manager since with responsibilities for market
development. As one of Wiserun’s founders,
he has made huge contributions to Wiserun’s
day-to-day operations and strategic development.
Mr. Le Yi has more than ten
years’ experience in IT industry, possessing
a profound knowledge of IT industry. He
has developed a unique approach to IT industry’s
operation and management and has strong
decision-making capability in marketing
and management.

Deputy General Manager, Shen Guojun
Mr. Shen Guojun is one of Wiserun’s
Deputy General Managers, with responsibilities
for Wiserun’s technology strategy and market
development.
Mr. Shen joined Wiserun in August
2000 as one of the original founders. He has
been in charge of technology since. As a Deputy
General Manager responsible for Wiserun’s
technology strategy and market development,
Mr. Shen has made enormous contributions to
Wiserun’s day-to-day operations and strategic
development.
Mr. Shen has more than ten
years’ experience in IT industry. He possesses
a profound knowledge of IT’ industry’s development
direction, trends and market demands.

General Manager for Programming,
Chen Ping
As Wiserun’s General Manger for
Programming, Ms. Chen Ping is in charge of
finance, commercial operations and human resource
management; in addition, she has lead responsibilities
for Wiserun’s corporate culture and image.
Ms. Chen joined Wiserun in August 2000
as one of the original founders. She has
been in charge of finance and programming
since.
Prior to joining Wiserun, Ms.
Chen had been an executive in S&T institutions
and in international trade. She had been a
regional CFO for a big IT corporation.
Ms. Chen has more than ten years’ experience
as a business executive in S&T, international
trade and IT industry, possessing exceptional
capability for administration and financial
analysis. She had made great contribution
to putting in place Wiserun’s management
system.

Deputy General Manager, ZhuJugong
An MBA, Mr. Zhu Jugong joined
Wiserun in 2003 as a Deputy General Manager
with sales responsibilities for Wiserun’s
foreign trade software.
Before joining Wiserun, Mr.
Zhu had long engaged in R&D in information
technology for foreign trade. He has developed
a profound knowledge of, and insights into,
IT development for foreign trade businesses.
The foreign trade software platform “Trade
One”, developed jointly with SIFT under
his charge, has been included by the National
Educational Committee as a major instruction
item for 2006. “Trade One” deals with management
systems for E-commerce, inventory and supplies.

Software Department Manager, Ying Zhiguo
Mr. Ying Zhiguo has been the
manager of the Software Department since
he jointed Wiserun in 2002, responsible
for Wiserun’s proprietary software development.
Prior to his current position, Mr Ying had
worked for over ten years in foreign trade
industry as an executive for foreign trade
software development. With ten years’ software
development experience behind him, he has
a profound knowledge of software technology
development inside and outside China; in
addition, he has a wealth of experience
in software project management.

System Integration Technology Manager ZhangJin |
System Integration Technology Manager, Zhang
Jin
Mr. Zhang Jin is currently the
office manager of Wiserun’s System Integration
Technology, responsible for Wiserun’s System
Integration and technical management of Pntech’s
service contracts.
Mr. Zhang joined Wiserun in 2001
as a technical manager. He has since been
in charge of the technical management of Wiserun’s
large-scaled system integration projects.
Before joining Wiserun, he had been a UNIX
technology expert in a multi-national IT company.
Mr. Zhang has more than ten
years’ experience in UNIX systems, project
management, system design, and team-building.

Commerce Department Manager LuMinyi |
Commerce Department Manager, Lu Minyi
Mr. Lu Minyi is currently the
manager of Wiserun’s Commerce Department,
in charge of Wiserun’s commercial operations.
Mr. Lu Minyi joined Wiserun
in 2001 and has since been responsible for
Wiserun’s customer service and commercial
operations. Prior to joining Wiserun, Mr.
Lu had been an executive for programming
at Shanghai Fuhai Co., Ltd. He has a wealth
of experience in managing commercial operations,
as well as a profound knowledge and understanding
of IT development.
